These terms and conditions govern your use of Translate Hive's translation and interpretation services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Translate Hive provides professional translation, interpretation, and related language services. The specific services, pricing, and delivery terms will be agreed upon for each project.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of quotation. Additional charges may apply for rush orders, weekend work, or changes to project scope.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms vary by client and project size. Standard terms require payment within 30 days of invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client materials as confidential. Our translators and interpreters are bound by confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6. Quality and Accuracy
We strive for the highest quality in all our work. However, translation involves interpretation and professional judgment. We accept responsibility for errors in our work and will correct them at no additional charge if reported within 30 days of delivery.
7. Delivery
We will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery deadlines. However, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including client delays in providing materials or feedback.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original materials. Upon full payment, you own the translated content. We retain the right to use anonymised samples for quality assurance and training purposes.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel a project at any time, but fees may apply for work already completed. For interpretation services, cancellation fees apply for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services.
11. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us promptly. We take all complaints seriously and will work to resolve issues fairly.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
